We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us via email at carolzart@cox.net and state the reason for your dissatisfaction, your invoice number, and the item(s) being returned or exchanged. Simply return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Please repack the item in its original box and ship to: Carol Zehner Art, LLC, P O Box 744, St. Rose, LA 70087. Returned items must be in its original condition. We do not refund or pay for shipping charges for returned/exchanged merchandise. Please return the unwanted merchandise to us via a postal service that requires a signature upon receipt. We will send your refund or exchange to you as soon as we receive the returned item(s). This policy applies only to U.S. and Canadian orders. All orders shipped to outside the U.S. and Canada are final and may not be returned.
